General Information for our Guests

Check-in The cabin is guaranteed ready after 3PM. Earlier check-in by arrangement.
Check-out time is NOON. Later check-out must be with advance arrangements

Reservations/Deposits
Reservation changes must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25. processing fee with 14 day advance cancellation. An early departure is considered a cancellation and is subject to our 14 day cancellation policy. "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" provides no deposit refund. If the cabin space can be filled, then a refund of your deposit, less a $25 processing fee will be given.

Smoking
North Pole Cabins is a smoke-free facility. A cleaning fee will be charged to your bankcard should there be any indication that any smoking was done inside the cabins. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please use caution in this wooded area.

Pets
Pets have not been allowed inside the cabin units. With special arrangement, there have been cases of quiet, kenneled animals allowed to be kept on the location, but still without any indoor provisions. There would be penalties should any pet cause damages. Refundable pet deposit is required.

Heat is controlled, by the guest, in each cabin unit. The heat is clean-burning, odorless, and wonderfully warm.

The bath is private and has a full tub/shower for your enjoyment. Plenty of heated water for baths is readily available with the twist of a faucet.

Entrances are private and do not require walking past any other doorway or window.

Housekeeping is provided at a minimal level. This is for your privacy and comfort. There is storage for additional towels and other supplies. Should any of these run low or you have any other needs, we are pleased and happy to serve you in any way we can to make your stay comfortable and most enjoyable. Removal of trash and laundry as necessary is most certainly provided and your stay should be without any complaint. Remember: We aim to please and are easy to communicate with, so your needs shall be met to the best of our efforts and your expressions.

The breakfast provided is continental choices in your cabin. There is a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster. The water in the cabins is good for drinking and makes great coffee or tea. If you prefer, additional bottled water can be purchased and kept cold in the refrigerator provided for your use. Water, juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereals and toast are provided along with a variety of spreads (and occasionally, muffins). There is a full grocery store 2 miles from North Pole Cabins.

**A basket of breakfast supplies are provided for all stays, however, we request that you, as our guest, to continue supplementing your miscellaneous food supplies beyond that which is provided for you upon your arrival.**

Foods/Dinning
There are many eating establishments in North Pole with a variety of choices, from fast food to fine dining, and from prime rib to tacos, American and International.
Fairbanks, Eielson, and Fort Wainwright are all within 15-20 minutes drive away for more touring, shopping, and eating choices.
