CABIN RENTAL RATES

Reservations/Deposits
Reservation changes must be made 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25. processing fee with 21 day advance cancellation. An early departure is considered a cancellation and is subject to our 21 day cancellation policy. "No Show" or "Late Cancellation" provides no deposit refund.

Weekly with TWO WEEK minimum

Reservations for more than two persons would increase this weekly rate by $10 per person per day.

(plus 8% bed tax)

Stays 30 nights or more require NO bed tax.

Rates are per night, based on single / double occupancy, and subject to an 8% bed tax. If more than two people stay in a cabin unit, there is an extra person charge of $20.00 for each added person over the age of 18 years. CABINS HAVE TWO QUEEN BEDS AND ONE TWIN SOFA BED. Families with children are welcome/added guest fee varies/based upon family configuration. Plan to add $10 for each child aged 8-18.

(Only ONE unit is available in the interior of our Main Home.)
Full Private Bath, Queen Bed, Superb Continental Breakfast provided daily. $ 169.00 - $ 189.00 per night (June through September)

ALSO AVAILABE: LONG TERM SUMMER HOUSING (May 1st through September 15th)
Set in Private Wooded Seclusion with full utilities.
Small, private accommodation.
Full Bath, Full Kitchen, Queen Bed, TV/DVD Air Conditioning and Heat Control.
All linens and dishes provided by host. Weekly main service.
Accommodates one or two persons maximum.
MONTHLY (weekly maid service) $1250 - $1350 (no bed tax required)
WEEKLY (two week minimum/weekly maid service) $ 490.00 - $ 560.00 WEEKLY (please add 8% bed tax)

ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE "SMOKE-FREE"
