Nestled into a private, wooded, waterfront setting is a taste of Old Alaska with the comfort of hot water and indoor plumbing. A stay in this lovely log cabin retreat offers the chance to get away from the rush of modern life without having to go too far into the woods.

We are located just 20 minutes from Fairbanks International Airport in the heart of North Pole, Alaska. Once you settle into 'cabin comfort' you are in the woods and yet only 5 minutes from conveniences such as groceries, restaurants, or entertainment. Whether you are visiting from far away or a local Alaska resident, come out for a stay away from the rush of modern life.

North Pole Cabins are open year round, so a winter stay is possible and a warm cabin awaits you for a private personal retreat, or for experiencing winter, ‘Alaska style’. Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) can be viewed from our location, as well as from other nearby spots. Located one mile from the famous Santa Claus House in North Pole, AlaskaNorth Pole Cabins are only 15 minutes from Fairbanks.

Dine out at any of the nearby restaurants, rent a great movie and snuggle up for a retreat and a rest. Get a good nights' sleep and then enjoy an early morning walk in a safe environment. Watch mallard, pintail and wood ducks nest and raise their young on the waterway nearby.

If you'd prefer, take a midnight walk (in the midnight sun), and sleep in. Enjoy breakfast in your cabin retreat whenever you awaken feeling rested and relaxed. A visit to Alaskaland Pioneer Park is great fun and an especially good choice due to the added entertainment of the antique auto show held there each Wednesday evening (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
